» Tire Pressure
When the weather turns cold there is one thing you can do that costs
nothing but can save a lot of money. It’s checking the air in your
tires. They lose about a pound of pressure for every 10 degrees the
thermometer drops and, says the Car Care Council, a factor that
significantly reduces a tire’s life. Under inflation is one of the
most common deficiencies noted in check lanes during National Car Care
Month.
