i recently had my radiator replaced and now my 98 ls is "hiccuping" at idle. I did some reading and think it might be the thermostat. does anyone know how to reset it or replace it. my mechanic (that replaced tha radiator) is talkin bout testing everything since tha check engine light is not on. i'm not tryin to hear that right now, its been going on for 2 months.

i havent had a comp diagnostic so, i dont know if there is a code. i also noticed that when i use the a/c, tha hiccup is worse at idle. my temp gauge stays at 1/4, is that good or req'd? i thought tha temp gauge should be at 1/5.where is tha thermostat located?

so anyway, took it to an ac specialist... the spark plug covers were covered in coolant from when tha radiator blew and sparks were misfiring everywhere. end of story!!
