I have a 1994 Integra and for about a month now, when I turn it on in the mornings (or anytime that its cold outside) it shakes really hard and sometimes it will turn off. I have to sit there and wait for it to stop shaking because if I put it in drive it will turn off. I have already had the fuel ingectors cleaned, some idle valve replaced, the timing belt checked and the fuel pump checked. All seem to be working. Please help! Does anyone know what this could be?

it idles at less than 1,000. I pump the gas a litttle wich brings the RPM up a little and then its fine and its up above 1,000. Plus, I talked with the mechanic last night and he said that he noticed that my spark plugs were black and the leads him to believe that they might be leaking.
