Well your fuel pump is actually on your fuel tank (out of sight on the top side.)
To change your ATF first bring th tranny up to operating temp (drive the car) then remove the drain plug and drain the ATF. The drain plug is below the Transmission right side cover. Make sure to replace the sealing washer when you put the plug back in. Then its a simply matter of filing it up again.
