My 1991 Integra seems to stall out when driving. I have to let it sit and cool 5-15 minutes before it will start. It will go a short distance and die again. I had it at the dealer(Honda) and they pulled the engine code 15. The engine light never comes on until the car dies. He tried telling me I may need a new distributor at $550 +. They said they couldn't get it to repeat. When I left it died one mile away. It took me two hours to nurse it home which was 6 miles. I was too mad to go back to the dealer so I had someone check the distributor and do all the readings which were within spec.. After talking with some people some say it may be the Relay. When I looked for the fuel pump relay from the picture in the manual under the dash the only one I see is the relay that runs the flashers. Are they one in the same? There are no other relays in that area. When I turn on the ignition to on, I can here the click which sounds like the fuel pump priming. I haven't replaced the fuel filter yet. Does anyone have some suggestions?
Code 15 is an Ignition Output signal code right? Have you ever changed your fuel pump? My intuition says fuel pump. I don't know why! _________________ If you feel like you're in control, you're not going fast enough. ~ Mario Andretti

sounds like a MAIN RELAY issue to me. ask honda to give you a MAIN RELAY and try swapping it out. there are a few posts in here on "intermittent stalling" that may be of some assistance.
hondas have issues sometimes with main relays misbehaving in heat or when the interior cabin gets too hot. it's on the driver's side, not in with the fuses, but close to them, screwed to the frame of the car with a single bracket.
