'92 Integra won't start when the weather is cold

Have a '92 Integra and have experienced a problem with failure to start when the temperature gets about 20 F or below. Had a complete tune up (plugs, wires, etc) before winter. Starts fine when the air temperature is above 20 or so but below that there doesn't seem to be any spark. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "doesn't seem to be any spark". Are there specific symptoms or sounds? Is anything happening?

The car will keeping turning over but won't start. Some times if acts like it wants to start but it doesn't keep running. Don't know if it's not getting the right fuel mixture for a cold start. Someone suggested that even with the new spark plugs there is not enough "spark" to create ignition. Thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have.

If it kicks over or goes and stalls, it is more likely a fuel problem. If you are getting no spark you would get absolutely nothing. If its a cold weather only problem, you may have some moisture in the gas and gas line that is freezing and starving the engine. Suggest that you put some gas line anti-freeze in the fuel tank when the weather is warmer and the car is running. Thats a cheap first alternative. If you run the gas tank below 1/4 tank very often its even more likely that you will have moisture in the fuel lines. In the cold weather, keep the fuel leve at half full or greater if possible.
