i gotta 94 integra and for some reason, the right head lights are perfectly clear/clean, but the left headlights are really foggy and dirty and need to be cleaned. how do i pop the things out to clean them, or can i ?

p.s. im not talking about the bulb, im talking about the actualy clear light casing thing...

got the same problem as u do the only thing i could think of is completly removing the bumper and then removing the headlight casings then filling them with a cleaning solution and sloshing it anound and leaving tham to dry or trying to dry them with a small cloth on a bendable rod. also this is a good way to find that crack or hole that lets the condensation and water in. just use a clear or semi clear silcone putty to patch the hole and you're set Very Happy

Ooooor you could take them out of the car, heat them up in the oven...(Be very careful!!) till the glue gets soft, pull them apart, clean them, dry them, put them back into the oven to re-soften the glue, put them back together, put a bead of silicone around it and then it should be fine. Or you could suck it up and just deal w/ it? j/k! There's a thousand and one ways to do it.

As previously stated, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!!! or you'll be back here yelling (well typing very pissed off) at me!! And you'll have to buy new headlights if you F it up.

I have also heard of people using polishing compund and fine grit sandpaper to remove the film on the outside of the headlights.

If memory serves me, it is really easy. All you have to do is, remove like 9 screws on the top of the bumper, along with a couple of bolts at the ends. Then on the bottom there are 6 bolts, 2 of which are located by the wheel wells. Once all the bolts and screws are of you can just pull it off with no effort what so ever.
