| I've just started learning how to drive a manual, cause this GSR I want to buy is a manual. All is good and well in my dad's jeep I've been learning in. But when I went to look at this GSR it had a 4th slightly smaller pedal all the way to the left. From right to left it was Gas, Brake, Clutch, mystery pedal. What is this and what does it do? I notices Nissan 350Zs have this pedal too. Everyone I asked so far, even my dad who's a mechanic didnt know. |

It's called a dead pedal. And just as buggy's said, it's just a footrest.... mine is well worn. _________________ DC4's are the shizzle!!
No, you don't need a fuel rail! Unless you are pushing some crazy numbers!! |

| Yeah I figured it was either that, or I heard someone tell me some manuals dont have a neutral setting so some have 4th pedals to lock the clutch down so the car can idle. But more than likely its a footrest just making sure. |
