What would i have to do to my 1.8L GS to net around 200hp. My plans so far are intake, 4-2-1 headers, high flow cat, and muffler. I'm sure i'll need cam, rods, rollers, lifters and a manifold. what else would i need to do. I guess i could go with a shot of Nos to if i had to.

Thats one fo the great things about tuning... there are so many different ways you can go! Do you want to stay N/A or go forced induction (supercharger, turbo, NOS)?

Oh, you cant forget about adjustable timing gears to go with those cams.

I would like to get around 200hp without forced injection. Do you have any other ideas of getting some more hp out of my engine.

Holy batballs batman!!! I hope you're ready to fork out the cash! Cause we're talking boring, sleeving, big cams, raised compresion ratio, more fuel, and lots and lots of tuning!!! Lemme know when you get that far.

Well you know, I think a turbo will just have to do the trick. How much hp gains can you expect from a turbo.

15000whp! Come on man, be reasonable. I'm good but I'm no mind reader. Do a google search for turbo kits for the integra and see what you like.
