Why does my Acura Legend '93 headlights keep turning off while I am driving on the highway? This freaks me out and occassionally when I am driving early in the morning when it gets cold outside, the lights would turn off and I have to flip on the switch a few times before the lights would activate again. I did replace the light switch a half year ago but still get the same problem.
Any recommendations? Does this happen to anyone?
Thanks for your comments!! |

| Check the light connection, is the light locked into place? It might just be a loose wire. |

Hi,
I checked the wire but I don't think it is the wire. It seems like it becomes problematic when it is cold outside. This morning, the same thing happened. I did bring it to the dealership but they couldn't find the problem.
During the summertime and fall, it never happens.
any thoughts? |

Thats wierd... i don't know, maybe ice is being formed and interfering with the connection. does water get into your lights when its not cold out?
My theory is a little thin, i know. but its all i could think of. |
