I have a 95 integra ls w/ 145k miles, I have replaced the radiator 3 times, replaced the water pump, replaced all coolant hoses, replaces thermostat (even cut thermostat so the engine would belive it had one but the water flow would be constantly open), I also replaced the radiator cap, oh and just replaced the head gasket. Still the car will blow a hose or something because of pressure build up. Does anyone have any other idea what it could be? Should I relpace the thermostat with on the opens and closes or should I just remove it all together? Please help!! Shocked

Yeah, at one point I stuck the hose in there and just let it run through, it seemed ok. I did however buy an after market radiator and I noticed just recently that the bottom hose connection it smooth, I thought it should have a seam that raised up a bit at the end and that was what kept the clamp/hose from slipping off. Am I right about that?
