Can't get rear wheel off

Just had a flat on our 98 CL, removed 4 lugs and the wheel will not come off. Is there something else we have to do or is the wheel "stuck". HELP! Thanks
p.s. Car didn't come with owner's manual, would like to get one. How?

our car has a special lug nut to remove the tire
