Again the same 1991 Acura Integra, when driving down any street, I can actually hear sometimes the (what apppears to be) wheel sounds like it is rattling banging against something?! Maybe the frame axle or something like that???? It only comes from the front left side (drivers) the tires on my car are approx 9 - 10 months old. At times I can also feel this rattling in my steering wheel, kind of like a vibration? There is also a chafing type sound as you start off from zero! Any idea what that might be as well?
I have had so far two mechanics look at it, and both tell me they cannot find anything!
