UNEXPLAINED VIBRATION

I DON'T KNOW WHY MY 92' INTEGRA BE VIBRATING WHEN I WARM UP

MY CAR OR WHEN I STEP ON THE BRAKES BUT WHEN I ACCELERATE

ITS FINE.... IT'S JUST WHEN I PUT IT IN A FULL STOP AND LET THE

ENGINE RUN FOR AWHILE IT WOULD JUST VIBRATE LOUDLY ....AND

THE MECHANIC SAYS IT MIGHT BE THE MOTOR MOUNT HE IS NOT

SURE....DOES ANYONE MIGHT KNOW WHAT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM

OR HOW I COULD FIX THE PROBLEM....... THANK YOU

Sounds to me like the motor mounts too! You can try replacing the rubber bushings... that usually helps dampen vibrations.

Is it an automatic? A friend of mine had a similar problem with his transmition, but that was in an old Nissan Stanza.

well u stumped me... I cant think of anything that would cause that.
If you find out what it was let me know, i am curious to find out.
