I've read most of the posts here regarding relays, but none quite answer my questions. I have a '92 Integra with two minor electrical issues: One, the intermittent wipers are intermittently intermittent, and: Two, my rear-defroster now has a mind of its own. Turns on whenever it wants to. At the moment this does not bother me, but with 250K+ miles it does not idle in the summer like used to, and running the defroster will make it idle even rougher in the winter months as it draws the power it needs.

I've checked out my repair manual and have looked at the fuses - they are fine. So, my guess now is the relays are going bad. Just where are they? Are they on a PCB above the fuse box? Is this an easy repair to do myself (can I simply plug in a new relay like a fuse)?

Thanks
