Is there any diffrence in a short ram cold air intake and and regular cold air intake besides one is shorter than the other? I ask this because I am about to purchase a short ram intake for $125.95. Its from AEM.

short ram is better for top end power example drag racing
the cold air intake is better for midrange power and therefore would be better for auto-x Very Happy
