Well I order 2 of them on ebay and I don't think the guy will send instructions plus I have not gotten the remotes yet
Do this it should work! Program your keys by using your car key switched to on position(dont start the car though...just the on position which to make the power ON) and then press your entry key lock button and then wait 3 sec and then off your car keys to II position ( u can see this by looking on the side of your ignition ring). Repeat this prod. 3x. Then u turn off ur car, then u press the Unlock button on your entry key.
It worked for me! I bought a replacement off of EBay myself for my 99 CL

My other advise is u keep repeating this prod. with 3-5 sec pause in between programming 'cause some cars are more slow programmed than others
