94 legend with a bose system. the cd's have no sound and the power antenna is not working, just stays up. does the antenna have to go down for the cd's to play??

Do you have a CD changer in the trunk or up front? If you have a CD changer, maybe it is on the same fuse as the antenna. Does the antenna make noise? If so, you have a broken antenna mast. Not hard to replace, costs about $75. Let me know what you find out.

YES IT'S IN THE TRUNK AND THE ANTENNA DOES NOT WORK BUT IT'S THE MOTOR

If you're positive that it is the motor, you will have to replace the entire assy. As far as the CD changer, I am not sure if it is on a fuse. Can you describe in more detail what is happening when you attempt to play a CD?
