I am currently looking at a 1987 Acura Legend,V6,automatic,with 230000 k.m.I am not that familiar with the legend and I am wondering if this is a good car to buy.I am looking for something to drive in the winter that has good gas mileage and is reliable,are there any problems with this year a car that I should know about? The Legend is an excellent car. I have a 95 legend and haven't had any problems with it. It has 145K miles on it and still runs great. I don't know much about the older models, but I see plenty of them driving around which is a good sign.
If it has 250,000 kilometers on the odometer, it has plenty of life left. It would definitely be worth it. It depends, of course, on how it has been treated for the past 17 years.
