96 3.2 tl radio code

can anyone help me.
The dealership wants to charge 80.00 for a radio code and if that is the case i would just buy a new system and i am tired of riding around with headphones on. my brother got the code about 4 years ago and he cant find it and now that is why the dealership wants to charge so much cause it was free the first time. can someone please help me??

Hello Shanaa sometimes the code is somewere in the the glove box, or you can check under the front ashtray also and see if it is there

I had the same problem with my 1997 TL with the radio code.
I found out that it was under the fuse box lid on my car.
