On my 96 LS. My ABS lights comes on. It was on and off before. When I'm just about to stop at the stop light, the ABS kicks in. So I rather drive it without ABS in that case. But how do i fix it? Does anyone know what the problem is?

I know what it is...
I wish it were good news but, it is not. I have a 95 integra ls and have the same problem. I finally took it to a specialist and they found that my abs system is leaking slowly. To replace the part is expensive so I just put brake fluid in it every two weeks and it's fine. It's been this way for about 12000 miles w/ no worsening. It's important to put the brake fluid in at the pump site. This is located in the front passanger side under the hood.

IFor the last few days, I have been trying to figure out how much it will cost to repair the ABS on a 95 Integra. The liight comes on after a few minutes of driving and stays on. It is off for awhile again the next time it is driven, then goes on again. I had a mechanic look at it and he read the code 1-3 which means a high pressure leak. It is likely the ABS modulator. I've been trying to get prices everywhere - but having problems with terminology (valve, miodule, etc.). I'm guessing I can get a rebuilt modulator w/ 1 year warranty for about $350. shouldn't take more than about $100 to put in. I will let you know.
