Ok, first, please speak english or at least some form of it. I'm not asking you to be a grammar expert, but please make sense. Secondly, please don't use foul language. And on to the question at hand, please be a little more specific as to what the problem is that you are having. We can't help you w/ just "Help I don't know what's wrong w/ my car."

GSRs are terrific, but get used to spending lots of money when it comes time to do something. AND, don't screw it up by doing something wrong just to save some money.

Theoretically, if the engine sensors don't trigger the "check engine" light, then there's nothing wrong inside. What is the condition of the plug wires and connections? Any moisture?

The GSR has a dual stage intake manifold which which has has the effect of altering the way VTEC is 'felt and heard'
Low-lift cam lobe and long intake runners (Below 4400 RPM)
High-lift cam lobe and long intake runners (4400-5800 RPM) [VTEC Engages at 4400]
High-lift cam lobe and short intake runners (5800+ RPM)

You don't really feel much of a kick when vtec engages, it's more progressive that like a Civic Si. If your MIL light isn't on there probably isn't anything wrong with the system.
