Best Intake Pipe for Apexi Power Intake??!?

I've been shopping for a Cool Air Intake for my 1995 Integra SE. And of come down to 2, either the AEM V2 or an Apexi Power Intake. From what I understand the V2 comes with the intake pipe and a filter(wet). And the Apexi Power Intake is just a filter but it is a dry filter. It seems like the Apexi will require less maintance, but will i also need to buy an intake pipe to accomodate the filter, if so what intake? ...

I am new to this, is what i'm saying making any sense???

Also I will be installing an Apexi WS cat-back exhuast at the same i get the intake is one or the other a better match ?????.......

The type of intake you want is a no-name brand from e-bay... unless you live in Cali.... then you have to have that niffty C.A.R.B. sticker. All intakes are pretty much the same design now. The only thing that you really need to pay attention to is the diameter of the pipe. If you drive a LS then go w/ 2.5". If you have a GSR or ITR, then go w/ 3". Hell you could always just make your own.......... do a google on it.
