Alright so i've heard Mobile1 and Castrol are very good oils. Some people have told me synthetic is great others have told me not to use it because they had engine problems due to it. My question is to those with experience...What is the best oil for an 01 GSR engine with 40k miles, only mod is intake and i drive it hard? Any advice would be appreciated.

I just did an oil change and used Castrol GTX oil and Mobile 1 oil filter, car runs awesome. I notice a difference. I def. get up to redline quicker than I did getting an oil change from the dealer with a honda filter. So i recommend castrol gtx. _________________ *--The Driver Makes The Car, Not The Engine--*
