| I have a problem I'm hoping someone knows the answer or is going through the same problem. When my car is in park it goes up and down kinda like if you had your foot on the gas pedal and you were pushing it down then lifting it up then pressing down. The rpms going up and down and this is while it's in park. I don't understand why it is doing this. Can anyone answer this for me? |

Take it to autozone, they can run a engine diagnostic for you (tell you what is wrong). I had a similiar problem with my MAP sensor, and a vacuum leak. _________________ If you feel like you're in control, you're not going fast enough. ~ Mario Andretti |

| It may be air in your radiator, or your speed sensor is gone bad those are the two that I know of |

| I fixed it by replacing the coolant temperature sensor, located on top on the engine slightly to the front left from the center. However this was not the final peace, what fixed it was filling up my stupid radiator fluid. I'm not sure how it got so low, and the engine never overheated, but without enough fluid the sensor was sending faulty signals to the MAP sensor. Once the MAP sensor received the bad signal it went to a fail safe idle setting. |
