| I have a 98 GSr in my hatch. My car is running fine, but the Vtec is not working on my car... when we are reading the codes from my "check engine lights" it reads 21.. which is the spool solenoid valve... anyways... if u can help me out, just reply back..... Thanks. |

| Something probally happened to your VTEC Solenoid, you should replace it then vtech should kick in around 5600 rmp. |

My friend had same problem. If there not enough engine oil in your car the vtec will not work. Make sure your oil levels are accurate.  |
