Automatic Trans shifter

Hey i just bought a used integra 92 and the guy lost the owners manual well anyways i was wondering what all the S's stood for S1 S2 S3 and S4. Oh and i dont kno cars usually shake a little when idle but i think mines shakes a little too much is it the tranny? Oh and one last thing my friend is trying to sale me a civic 96 intake would it even work on a 92 integra?

S2 your tranny will only shift up to 2nd gear s4 up to 4th gear. As for the shaking it might be your torque convertor!

but if S2 will only make the car shift to second what is the point of having second 2nd on the shifter because isnt that the same thing ???
