i own a 94 LS and would like to put a new engine into it, i have approx 9000 dollars saved up now and am looking to purchase a supercharger Twisted Evil . there are countless more modifications that can eb done to the b18c1 engine, but the type r engine is sick with all the advantages it has over the GSR. this q&a is for all the dreamers out there, would you rather take a b18c5 engine or GSR engine? Shocked

Do you really have to ask that question? Take the B18C5! (if you can find one). They are both great motors but a Type R is a Type R Shocked.

It really depends upon what you want to do.... if you wanna boost it, then get the C1, if you wanna go all motor, get the C5. That's just talking about engines though, the C5 usually comes w/ the tranny, if it does then you really really really should get it, as it has the LSD, and will save you from having to get one later.
