Warning! I am an Acura NOOB...
I just bought this car and have read countless info (mostly good stuff) on it already... I havn't put it on the road yet because I can hear a metal type noise coming from the front drivers side wheel... It sounds like it's happening once per revolution...Any thoughts or guesses (help would be greatly appreciated) Thanks

dayam, i aint no pro but i had a few problems with my 96 LS. one time its the wheel barrings, another i hear some grinding but dont know exactly what it was, every right turn i make the noise comes back. i just took the wheel off and put it back on. i doubt that will fix the problem but i was lucky then. and lastly i heard some grinding noise on the rear passenger side wheel. i just accelerate quick and it was gone. i know im not any help . anyways so it's not the break pads is it? im gonna shut up now. any pro's can help?
If I had to guess Kenskivi, I'd say you have a brake problem. It might be warped rotors or pads. Every wheel revolution there is metal to metal conact somewhere (you just have to find where, ). Check to make sure that both the pads are on right. When I got my GS-R the pads were on backwards! _________________ If you feel like you're in control, you're not going fast enough. ~ Mario Andretti
Thanks for the help guys! Last night I took off the wheel and saw that the cooling fin(I think that's what it is. helps direct air to the rotor i think) was rubbing against the rotor in one spot... I bent it out of the way, put the wheel/tire back on and no noise...Whew...I like these 0$ fixes...
