I have a 1994 Vigor and everytime I turn on my car radio there's a whispering sound on my speakers when I turn the volume all the way up.
When I start driving the sound keeps poping and will go away again and sometimes you wont here the sound for a while but my car stereo has power only the sounds is not coming out.
