yes its just as reliable if done right!
I might miss a couple things, so dont quote me!
u need a vtec head(off any b series block)
any vtec ecu, doesnt matter which motor it came off of cause u can get it remapped!
u might want to get a air fuel controller also!
other then that, thats it! |

you need time..............
you need money..............
you need to do it right..........
or don't do it at all...............
my opinion is, it's a beast when done but it takes patience and time. its not that easy as explained above. |

not very reliable. You have a very poor rod/stroke ratio, and that causes too much vibration. It will end up doing bad things to your car. Do a google search on LS/Vtec and see some of the horror stories. _________________ DC4's are the shizzle!!

or you could just make one hell of a tourqe monster out of your B18A/B.... bore it, big cams..... ya know things like that. You don't need Vtec to make big power. _________________ DC4's are the shizzle!!

| everyone thinks that vtec is like turbo or something. seriosuly there is not much difference from a ls to a gsr mainly. if i had the same amount of money with both cars i would choose ls. so that when you run gsr's u can smoke em. everyone thinks that ls's are hella slow but people r jus dumb |

They are called Vtec elitests. The only thing that Vtec is good for is you don't have to sound like harley at idle. They sell Vtec killer cams for a reason! mmmmm crower 404's! _________________ DC4's are the shizzle!!
