Hi All.
As I mentioned before, I recently purchased a used 2000 Integra GS (Auto) with 13,000 miles on it. Well I've owned it for approximately 1 month, and I've been tracking the mileage......
I'm averaging only 10-12 mpg in the city, and 15-17 mpg on the highway. I've owned Honda's all my life and I've never had mileage this bad....I should be getting double that.
The only thing I've changed so far is the oil. I went from whatever was in it to full synthetic.
SUGGESTIONS PLEASE! _________________ Respectfully Submitted,

Have you checked your EVAP purge solonoid and canister??? Smell unburnt gas around the engine????? Or you could be running rich for a number of reasons, I'd go over the basics first PVC, air filter, egr, any emmisions control that could go bad, even ECT, AIT, MAP for sensors could cause a rich condition. EVAp is the only one directly connected to the gas tank and lines. However most sensors and emissions controls will trip a MIL if it exceeds 1.5 times the regulated emmissions limit for that vehicle. And your Mil or "check engine light" is not illuminated correct? Are there any driveability problems besides the low gas milage?
