Dood, did you check out the info that I linked?? Really, it won't do anything but block flow. How is that "swirl" going to continue down into your manifold runners to the valves? It's not. Please read that link that I posted, it's very informative.

Yes i read the forum on the other site and they argue the same thing i do "How can the swirl remain all the way into the combustion chamber?" So i asked my friend who is a physics major and he said that is not the case. He said the reason why this device will give you increase Mileage is because it concentrates the particles of oxygen into the throttle body. He said this makes the air more dense becuase the particles of oxygen are grouped together now rather than being all over the place when being sucked into the throttle body.
So again, it's not a matter of maintaining the swirl past the throttle body.

Hey, then by all means go for it.... if that's what you want to do... test it out on the dyno, to see if you are really getting the "gains" that are proposed.
