I went in to get an oil change and I have a small and intermitten smoking problem. I asked the guy if he knew what it was. He said I have a few spots where I am leaking oil, but that would not cause intermitten smoke from the tail pipe. So he went to ask his manager. The manager told me about some kind of modulater between the motor and the tranny. Has anyone heard of this cause smoke from the tail pipe. I dont want to go and take it to get fixed and that is not the problem.
