I have a 1991 Integra RS and I can't get my windshield wipers to turn off. The rear wiper is fine but the front is haywire. I do have two speeds - the medium and high settings but the low and off doesn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Is it the switch itself? If so, any ideas on how to replace or repair this would be appreciated.

I now have to remove and replace the fuse depending on the weather.

Thanks in advance

Its probably your switch that is messed up. I'm just gonna say that i'm no expert when it comes to electric circuitry. But if you want to replace the switch:
    1. remove the steering column covers
    2. disconnect the 8-P and 6-P connectors from the switch
    3. then remove the 2 screws and the switch that hold it in place.

* Stay away from all SRS wires (they are covered with yellow insulators). Also don’t bump the SRS unit, it could go off!
