Hi, I have a '95 GS-R w/ 156k on it. And about 1500 miles ago my fuel economy started going through the floor. I used to get 33 on the highway, 30 city/suburbs. Now I'm barely getting 26 highway, and around 24 city. I just changed the plugs(they weren't black), and the fuel filter and ran through 2 more tanks of gas w/ basically no improvment. My first inclination was to suspect the O2 sensor, but my car still idles fine and if any of you have noticed, it's been colder than anything in the NE lately. I've yet to ever receive a check engine light, I'm starting to wonder if the LED is burned out. Could my O2 sensor still be suspect despite the idle?
