when i line my cam gears up should they be down up or in towards one another?

I can't get my crank pulley off the bolt will not come off is it a left hand thread

i recently installed aem cam gears on my 96 ls and the car wont start i am guessing that my crankshaft isnt lined up with the cams or something what could it be and the first time i tried to start it ...

is this a good swap for a dc4 it is cheap and i havent heard of anyone doing it!
I want to try it if someone says it would be a good swap.

I just put some aem cam gears on my 96 ls and i cant get the e gear to line up just right but the i gear does i can line it up but i can feel it pushing on a valve anyone know if that is what its supp ...

i am installing cam gears and my left cam wont line up perfectly but the right one does why is that ?
