Hello all i have a 97 Acura CL2.2 and i need to program the remote for my can can someone tell me how i can progam the remote with out going to the dealer and paying them $90. for labor

Hi,
Does anybody know how I can obtain a set of MOD custom tailight for my CL?
I don't have a prob with my factory tail lights except it is too dark RED and plain.
